The firm specializes in providing architectural services for design of a wide variety of new buildings, renovations, construction administration, architectural specifications, and home inspections. The firm provides the expertise needed to deliver a successful project outcome to our clients.
We are dedicated to providing exceptional building design solution across Ontario, Canada. Having worked with builders, developers and engineers, BW art Architects Inc. has developed an extensive consultant database and has maintained excellent relationship with these groups.
From initial design strategy, to building construction and completion, BW art Architects Inc. makes the process run smoothly and professionally. We constantly strive to provide efficient and cost-effective ways of design while protecting the environment, health, and safety of our employees, all the consultants involved in our projects, and the communities in which we operate.
Our Leader:
Founder, and Principal, Wojtek Holownia, brings over 20 years of experience in architectural design, building science, and project management within medium, high density or custom housing, commercial and institutional projects as well as extensive commercial renovations. Wojtek is also responsible for overseeing all design and specification drawings at BW art Architecture Inc.
In the past, he has worked closely with developers such as Great Lands Corporation, Cresford Developments, and Fieldgate & Burnac Corporation.
Wojtek was involved in the design and administration of various multi residential projects ranging in size from $25 – $350 million dollars.

BW art Architects Inc. is a multi-disciplinary firm combining the service of an architect, structural engineer and interior designer, as well as construction project management. The firm carries the professional Certificate of Practice, Structural PEO Certificate, and is a member of OAA and TCA.
Although the firm has been responsible for the design of commercial and institutional buildings, renovations, upgrades, alterations, change of use and retrofit, the primary focus of BW art Architects Inc. is the design of various forms of low, medium and high- density housing. We deliver professional and transparent construction management.
